1300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 1300 online entertainment platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the 1300 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 1300 platform, you expressly agree to comply with these terms and conditions in full. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform, regardless of whether any financial transactions have been made. 2. Account Creation & Security
All users are required to register an account using valid and accurate information. Keeping your account secure is essential — this includes maintaining the confidentiality of your password and personal details. Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their accounts. If you suspect a security breach or unauthorised access, you must notify 1300 immediately.
1300 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate any account suspected of violating security conditions or misusing the platform. Users are also prohibited from sharing their accounts with others without official authorisation. We recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly as a precautionary measure.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in Malaysia relating to online gambling. 1300 will not be held liable if the platform is used unlawfully or in violation of local regulations. It is the user's obligation to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Users are responsible for all information they submit and are prohibited from providing false information or manipulating the system. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action and immediate account closure without notice.
4. Platform Usage Rules
1300 offers a range of legitimate entertainment products — including cricket, casino, and live games — for users in Malaysia. Users must engage with the platform within the limits permitted by these terms and must not carry out any activity that compromises the stability or security of our systems.
Any attempt to access data without authorisation, interfere with the outcome of events, or use automated scripts is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, as well as legal action under Malaysian regulations.
We also encourage users to engage with the platform responsibly and to avoid excessive activity that could have a negative financial or mental impact.
5. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users must ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and valid to facilitate smooth deposits and withdrawals. 6. Limitation of Liability
1300 endeavours to keep the platform running smoothly and securely; however, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform — including but not limited to service disruptions, technical issues, or data loss.
We are also not liable for any legal action that may be taken against users as a result of platform misuse or violation of local laws. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk, and it is each user's responsibility to understand the liability limits set out under these terms.
7. Account Policy (Suspension/Closure)
Under certain circumstances, 1300 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice if there is a breach of terms, fraud, or suspicious activity. Any unused funds or bonuses may be forfeited in such cases. Users whose accounts have been suspended should contact support for clarification.
Account closure is final, and users will not be permitted to open a new account while any unresolved violation remains outstanding. We prioritise platform security and fairness for all users in all account-related decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, and materials on the 1300 platform are owned by us or our authorised licensors. Users may not use any of these materials without prior written consent from 1300. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
